Introducion:

      The line for sandwich panel is made up of a sandwich panel laminating system and roll forming machine. Both the laminating system and roll forming machine can work independently. The line is a integrated production line consisting of a roll forming machine and a sandwich penal laminating system. The roll forming machine consists of decoiler, main body and post-cut equipment. The laminating system consists of feeding, glue, heating, laminating post-cutting and supporter. The whole machine controls by PLC. The whole machine adopt advanced working crafts and it can produce the sandwich panels with the fiberglass, or rockwool which is high fire-proof material as the core material, this overcomes the weakness of the low anti-flection and low strength of fire-proof material, and brings the characteristics of high temperature resistance into play to make up the shortage of EPS. The sandwich panel of this line are widely used as the roof and wall of factory, warehouse, garage, exhibition centre, cinema, theatre, gymnasium, civil construction, stadium., cold storage, etc.
